Waist- 106cm.

Well, I've joined the gym.  Seems like a good place to train- clean, friendly, lots of equipment, but NO HEATING!  It certainly gets me moving.

I'm planning on posting my food diary and exercise logs here (Oh the shame!)  At least, when I get myself organised.  I have forgotten about that little task called "Time Management"  again. 
The plan at this stage is to do a full-body circuit, 3 times a week for 4 weeks.  I'll see how my body is holding up, if it's going well, I will begin a 4 or 5 day split.  The temptation is to jump right back into my 5 day split that I was following 4 years ago, but I have to remind myself, I'm nearly 52 and having a chronic illness means I can't go as hard as I would like.  They are hard things to come to terms with. 
One thing I've really noticed just over the past week is that, I still have joint pains...but I don't seem to notice them as much.  My range of motion is a little better too.  I'm being realistic here, I know I'm not going to be as strong as I used to be, I most likely won't ever be free of pain again.  If I can function as well as I can, at least that is some insurance going into the future.
Anyway, I guess I'll be seeing you after gym tomorrow!
