Lockdown, but progress!

It has been nearly a month since I last posted.  The reason- there was not much change to report!  Actually, this isn't true.. I've lost nearly 10% of my body weight, but you can only just tell and I didn't want to post a whole lot of pics of myself looking the same.  Also, I've been so busy being a "Mum's taxi" and going to the gym 4 or 5 days a week.  Unfortunately, we're back in lockdown at the moment, and suddenly I have much more free time!

I suppose the other news is that I've signed up for Maxine's Challenge again.  This is something I do several times a year, though I've not finished one yet.  I keep joining because as a return challenger, I get a generous discount.  I'm quite positive I'll finish this challenge though, mainly because they've changed from a 12 week challenge to a 6 week.  I had my most successful challenge back in 2017, I didn't finish that one either because I was starting to get a lot of injuries because of undiagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis at the time, but I lost a lot of weight and was starting to show some muscle definition.  These past couple of months, I've been following the same eating plan and workouts as I did back then and am seeing results.  I really don't think the next 6 weeks are going to be a problem for me.  I'm really looking forward to being able to interact with the Maxine's community again.

As a challenger, we're able to keep a diary on the Maxine's site.  I'm really hoping to log my progress regularly.  I will post over at the site, but will copy it to this blog too.  We're able to log in to the plans on Saturday and that will be the time that the "before" photos will be taken.  I'll post them here too.
